I love creative, unconventional approaches and am full of enthusiasm for digital trends and innovations. My work is also guided by values such as authenticity, passion and trust.

BACKGROUND
as a graduate industrial engineer, generalist, advisor, and coach, certified ScrumMaster and Product Owner, and project leader with over 15 years professional experience at home and abroad, I can bring plenty of expertise, a large network, and a whole host of techniques to the table.

MOTIVATION
I find it very distressing that year on year psychological stress in the form of depression and burnout at work is increasing. We are living in prosperity, with good salaries, are digitally connected, amid globalisation, and yet we are not happy. Why?
This question has driven me for years; that’s why I am pursuing my vision to create a better world, in which people enjoy going to work and are content, and where a general mindfulness and appreciation sets in. This all affects performance and enables organisations to tread new ground in order to be prepared for the challenges that await them in the future.
